 Community On-Line Screening For Depression, Anxiety, Mood, and PTSD

As a service to the communities of Horry and Georgetown Counties in South Carolina, beginning October 1, 2009, the practices at 637 Bellamy Avenue, Suite C, Murrells Inlet, SC, KLF Counseling & Consulting, PA; Carolina Human Development Services; and TTH Services, began to have available,  a confidential on-line screening service available after the National Depression Screening Day event, October 8, 2009. 

You may help someone else by showing them the information on this web site which could help to make a difference in someone's life or could ultimately save a life.  Results obtained through this confidential, on-line screening can be taken to the Primary Care Physician, Internal Medicine Specialist of your choice, or another mental health professional for further evaluation. 

This screening does not confirm the diagnosis of Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, or related Mood Disorder, yet provides information to possibly encourage one to seek additional professional assistance.
